The view2012's Whoopi Goldberg slammed Donald Trump after he singled her out, calling her “dirty, dirty, disgusting” at his recent rally in Pennsylvania.

On Thursday's (October 10) episode of the ABC talk show, Goldberg, 68, and her co-hosts skillfully responded to the former president's verbal attack.

“So we went to 'Dirty' by Christina Aguilera because it's one of the words that You-Know-Who used when he was talking about me in particular,” Goldberg told the studio audience at the top of the hour.

“But he talked about us at his rallies. And he ranted about Tuesday's interview with Vice President Kamala Harris at two different rallies,” she added, before showing a clip from Trump's recent rally in which he called the hosts “stupid” and claimed that Goldberg once looked after him before he went into politics.

“Politics can do strange things to insane people,” he told rally participants. “Now I hired Whoopi to work for me as a comedian before this thing – a long time ago – and I went and I'm not particularly shy about what I hear; Her mouth was so bad, she was so dirty, dirty, disgusting, half the place was still left. I said I would never hire her again.”

“I was dirty and I own up to that fact,” Goldberg said proudly to applause from the audience.

“I’ve always been dirty, and you knew that when you hired me,” she replied. “I was headlining at your casino, baby, where I might have kept playing if you hadn't broken it. How stupid are you? They hired me four times.

“You hired me four times and you didn't know what you were getting?” she added. “How stupid they are You?”

Host Sunny Hostin jumped in and added a “personal legal disclaimer.”

She addressed Trump directly, thanking him for “telling so many lies, committing so many alleged crimes and providing us with material on a daily basis. You help us do our work and I am very grateful.”

“Thanks to people like you, a former prosecutor and legal expert can become an integral part of a show like this, and I am very grateful for that. “I admit that I may not have spent as much time in a courtroom as you have,” she joked, alluding to his series of lawsuits and legal troubles over the years.

“I was also recognized with a special achievement by the Ministry of Justice. You remember the Justice Department, right? It's the agency that's been chasing you for decades. And like Vice President Kamala Harris, I have a history of prosecuting sex offenders. Thank you for keeping people like us in business,” she said.

“And as for stupid questions, you’re always welcome to come here and answer some if being around a prosecutor doesn’t make you nervous. I'll even give you a free one view Mug, not to be confused with a mug shot.”
