Quincy Jones showed his children love until the end.

In the legendary producer's last Instagram post on Saturday, shared a day before his death, he wished his daughter Martina a happy 58th birthday. “So proud to be your dad!” He wrote alongside a photo of the two of them together. “Big hug, I love you forever.”

The Grammy winner, who produced Michael Jackson's bestselling “Thriller” and collaborated with artists including Frank Sinatra, died Sunday at age 91, his publicist confirmed. The music icon, who was married three times, leaves behind seven children.

Jones was initially married to actress Jeri Caldwell, with whom he had daughter Jolie Jones Levine. According to her website, she has worked as a model, author, and singer, and has performed with the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. Last year, Quincy shared a photo on Instagram showing him and Jolie at the piano when she was a child.

In 1963 he welcomed Rachel Jones, now a veterinarian, along with Carol Reynolds.

Jones' second wife was the model Ulla Andersson, with whom he had two more children: Martina Jones and Quincy Jones III. The former is a photographer, the latter, like his father, is a music producer.

In 1974, Jones married his third wife, actress Peggy Lipton. They welcomed two children together: Kidada Jones and Rashida Jones. Kidada Jones is a fashion designer and in an Instagram post in March, Quincy described her as his “muse.”

Rashida Jones, on the other hand, is an actress best known for her roles as Karen Filippelli on The Office and Ann Perkins on Parks and Recreation. Her partner is Vampire Weekend lead singer Ezra Koenig, and she co-directed “Quincy,” a 2018 Netflix documentary about her father.

Speaking on the “SmartLess” podcast earlier this year, the “Social Network” star said she was never interested in pursuing music professionally like her father was. “My father is a musical genius,” she said. “That’s the last thing I want to do is try my hand at it. But I love it. I have a deep longing for music and I just never feel like I'm good enough for it. I will.” Never be good enough to do it.

Jones' youngest child is Kenya Kinski-Jones, a 31-year-old model whom he welcomed in 1993 with actress Nastassja Kinski. In an Instagram post for her father's birthday in 2020, Kenya described Quincy as her “best buddy and sunshine of love.”

“You fill my heart with a lifetime of gratitude,” she wrote at the time. “As far back as I can remember, you have always been the voice that lifted me up. …You are hilarious, joyful, wise, funny and real with an inner child that never fades. Thank you for being a steadfast pillar and example of love. “I love you” barely scratches the surface.
