Vice President Kamala Harris will be in Washington on Election Day, while former President Trump will host his election party in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Harris, a graduate of Howard University, will be back at her alma mater when results begin coming in. Her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, will join her in Washington this evening.

According to a media release, the Trump campaign is hosting supporters at the Palm Beach Convention Center. Trump himself will attend a smaller gathering at his Mar-a-Lago resort to await the results.

His Republican running mate, Senator JD Vance of Ohio, was in his home state today to cast his vote in the Cincinnati area. He will travel south tonight to join Trump in the Sunshine State.

And before Harris was named the Democratic presidential nominee, her boss, President Joe Biden, had been the presumptive nominee. Tonight, Biden will be at home in the White House and will have no public events on his schedule.
