SpongeBob SquarePants – the cheerful sea sponge who lives in a pineapple under the sea – turned 25 this year and to celebrate, Wendy's is teaming up with Paramount to release a real-life version of the iconic Krabby Patty.

The Wendy's Krabby Patty Kollab features the Krabby Patty Kollab Burger and an all-new Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty. Wendy's Krabby Patty Parody is a quarter-pound burger with two slices of melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and a special crab collapsible sauce. As for the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty, the dessert consists of a Vanilla Frosty mixed with a pineapple-mango flavored puree.

“In a world where people will do anything to cut corners, Wendy's is known for quality in everything we do – from our fresh, iconic food to collaborations with brands our fans love,” said Lindsay Radkoski , U.S. chief marketing officer of The Wendy's Company, in an interview statement to Food & Wine. “That’s why it makes sense that two of pop culture’s most iconic spots are joining forces to bring fans of all ages a taste of this unique, limited-time experience to life!”

The limited-edition menu items will be available for purchase beginning October 8 in the United States, Canada and Guam. Spongebob fans from Panorama City, California can enjoy the menu offerings as early as October 7th and 8th through an “An immersive Wendy's drive-thru experience,” according to Food & Wine. Consumers nationwide will be able to order the new items next Tuesday at local Wendy's, drive-thru or through the Wendy's mobile app.

News of the Wendy's Krabby Patty collab made headlines back in August after multiple media outlets apparently obtained an internal memo sent from Wendy's corporate headquarters to multiple restaurant locations.
