CHARLOTTE – The Panthers have spent the week with a handful of starters out of practice due to injuries, and their list of inactive players on Sunday reflects that.

Starting outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney (shoulder), right tackle Taylor Moton (foot), linebacker Josey Jewell (hamstring/groin) and tight end Tommy Tremble (concussion) are all inactive for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

Also inactive are backup center Andrew Raym (concussion), guard Jarrett Kingston and cornerback Shemar Bartholomew.

The inactivity stops Moton's consecutive games started streak at 104 and his consecutive games played streak at 120.

The Panthers promoted veteran outside linebacker Marquis Haynes Sr. to the 53-man roster and signed tight end Ian Thomas on Saturday to fill some of the gaps. They also promoted defensive tackle TJ Smith and offensive tackle Brandon Walton from the practice squad to add depth.
