Months after Wayfair's first-ever brick-and-mortar store opened in suburban Wilmette, the online furniture and home goods retailer will open a Wayfair location in another Chicago suburb this week, according to a spokesperson.

The massive Naperville outlet store, Westridge Court, 324 S. Route 59, will officially open to the public on Oct. 3, the spokesman said. Opening times are Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., a spokesman said.

The new store will be huge — about 250,000 square feet, the spokesman said — and will sell returned items as well as discounted items in good condition “in a variety of product categories.”

The Naperville outlet store joins four other Wayfair outlet stores in Florence, Kentucky; San Marcos, Texas; Deer Park, New York; and Greensboro, North Carolina.

According to the website, all sales at Wayfair outlet stores are final, except for home appliances. The store does not accept returns on items purchased in store or on the Wayfair website.

Customers are responsible for loading purchased items into their vehicles. However, employees can help bring items to the customer pickup area, the website says. No hold is permitted and no cash is accepted, Wayfair said.

According to the spokesperson, the Naperville store's inventory will soon be searchable through an e-catalog. However, the products are currently only available in stores, the spokesman said.

The new outlet store joins Wayfair's new Wilmette store at 3232 Lake Avenue in Eden's Plaza. The 150,000-square-foot purple and white store opened in May after a two-year remodel of the mall's former Carson Pirie Scott space.

In addition to the 80,000+ inventory, the Wilmette store has an on-site restaurant that serves beer and wine.
