Washington Wizards vs. Golden State Warriors: Jordan Poole Revenge Game

The Washington Wizards are back in the United States after their short trip south to Mexico City and are looking to welcome the Golden State Warriors for their annual visit to the city just before Election Day.

All 30 teams will be in action the day before Election Day with staggered start times throughout the evening. The Wizards and Warriors are in second place this evening as they play each other for the first time this season.

The Wizards enter the game with a record of 2-3 and have only picked up two wins against the Atlanta Hawks so far this season. The team has suffered defeats against the Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers and most recently the Miami Heat.

Meanwhile, the Warriors are off to a hot start at 5-1 despite Stephen Curry being absent at times. Curry has missed the last three games for the Warriors as he deals with an ankle injury, but he could be back in time to face the Wizards.

Curry's former teammate Jordan Poole was traded from the Warriors to the Wizards in 2023, and Washington's top guard might want a little more motivation as his team looks to shake up his former home.
