Fall Colors Update 10/12(WDBJ7 Weather)

We are now mid-October, which means peak fall foliage is on the horizon! The Greenbrier and areas west of the Blue Ridge will experience moderate to high cover of fall colors this weekend.

Elsewhere, subtle touches of color are slowly added. Peak fall color is expected to occur in the next 1-2 weeks. Now that the Blue Ridge Parkway has reopened in Virginia, get out and do a little leaf peeping!
