Tinashe continued, “Growing up in a dance studio teaches you a lot about the intersection of movement and fashion. I have always been inspired by the way dancers create their outfits, whether in ballet class, where they combine shorts and leg warmers, or in hip hop class, where personal style is at the forefront.

In my opinion, dancers have always had the best personal style. Deconstructing elements that emphasize their movement is comfortable and durable, but most importantly, shows their individuality and charm.”

The Urban Outfitters team is excited to have Tinashe help expand her dancewear wardrobe.

Shea Jensen, President of Urban Outfitters, stated, “Tinashe brings an unmatched energy and perspective that is a perfect fit for Urban Outfitters.
