The Minnesota State Patrol responded to 169 accidents during the Halloween storm

WCCO News' Riley Moser shares a statement from Minnesota State Patrol that's what it says responded to 169 crashes from midnight to 2 p.m. on Halloween. Of these accidents, 152 resulted in property damage, 16 resulted in injuries and one was fatal. There were also 94 spinouts and a jack-knifed semi.
