The Colorado football graduate sends a questionable message to one of Matt Rhule's position groups

Former Colorado football QB turned Fox Sports host Joel Klatt has doubts about Nebraska's receiving corps – and claims Dylan Raiola's weapons leave something to be desired. However, Klatt doesn't think Raiola is missing much.

“The biggest improvement … for Nebraska is certainly on the offensive side, and it's certainly in the hands of their quarterback – true freshman Dylan Raiola,” Klatt said on The Joel Klatt Show (h/t On SI) “This guy is incredibly talented. I'm telling you that. I knew it was just from watching the games, but then you go and watch the tape. He jumps off the line.”

“They have a few players they can throw to, but nothing that jumps or pops or scares you as a defense. I think that's really the only thing that's really holding this offense back. Isaiah Neyor is a pretty good player on the outside they have respectable Players on the outside – but no real threat. If Raiola ever got a threat, this Nebraska team would be incredible.”

Nebraska only had 185 yards rushing against Colorado, so Klatt knew firsthand how lackluster the Huskers' WR room was. However, Nebraska's RB room nearly outplayed the passing game in Week 2.

These are the benefits of having Travis Hunter in the secondary. Among other things. What's notable is that Shilo Sanders lost to a Forearm injury this game. Not much went well for the Buffs.

The Huskers are coming off a ranked loss to Illinois that could look better if the Illini upset Michigan in Week 8. Soon Big Red could be a ranked team.

It's a shame CU played them before the country learned who they were: a physical team with a phenomenal QB under center.
