Popular online streamer Kai Cenat's latest trailer for his upcoming streaming event Mafiathon 2 features Kim Kardashian in the role of his therapist. The trailer shows Cenat, a high-ranking member of a mafia organization, visiting his therapist to talk about his experiences.

When Kim asks him about his recent actions, Cenat enthusiastically recalls his adventurous experiences, which included spending a short time in a fake prison, starting a basketball league, and even starting a riot in New York City. After the trailer was released, netizens couldn't hold back their reactions. An X user wrote:

Kai Cenat's Mafiaathon event recorded over 46 million viewing hours and averaged 66.6k viewers throughout the broadcast. Each day it attracted an average of 599,000 unique registered viewers, who sent approximately 540,000 chat messages daily. As of March 2, 2023, he has collected 16 million chat mentions.
