Steve Kerr makes a change to the Major Warriors starting lineup

The Golden State Warriors play their second NBA preseason game on Wednesday night. After a three-pointer from Lindy Waters III defeated the LA Clippers in Hawaii, the Warriors are in Sacramento for Wednesday's game.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has made it clear to the media that he has not yet decided on a starting lineup. The Warriors will have to look at many different combinations before putting together a five-man group to start the regular season.

In the preseason opener, Kerr started Steph Curry, De'Anthony Melton, Jonathan Kuminga, Draymond Green and Trayce Jackson-Davis and made a major lineup change for this second game.

Kerr stuck with Curry, Green and Kuminga and swapped Melton and Jackson-Davis for Brandin Podziemski and Kevon Looney.

This starting lineup lacks shooting outside of Curry. Green and Looney are largely non-threatening from outside the lineup, although Green made a career-high 39.5 percent of his threes last season (2.3 3PA/G).

Podziemski shot a solid 38.5 percent from three last season, but Kuminga only shot 32.1 percent from long range. It will be interesting to see what this group looks like, but they will likely only get half of it together against the Kings.

Kerr still has a lot to figure out about his starting lineup and is looking at a much different group in this game.
