The Golden State Warriors handed the Boston Celtics their second loss of the season with a thrilling 118-112 road win on Wednesday.

The Warriors led comfortably at halftime, but the Celtics used a dominant 41-point lead in the third quarter behind Jayson Tatum's 17 points to storm back and make things close in the fourth quarter.

It was as exciting a final quarter as fans could hope for as the two teams traded their lead back and forth.

With a five-point lead with less than 20 seconds left, the Warriors fouled Payton Pritchard on a three-point attempt and he scored all three points to cut the lead to two. The Celtics intentionally fouled Draymond Green and he did both before Tatum missed a three-pointer on the other end to seal the win for Golden State.

Steph Curry led the Warriors with 27 points, nine assists and seven rebounds, while Andrew Wiggins scored 16 points while playing solid defense against Tatum. Golden State had three players on the bench in double figures, including Buddy Hield, who hit a three-pointer with less than a minute left to make it a seven-point game.

After the win, fans were excited about the Warriors' title chances as they continued their strong start to the year.
