A new Diddy accuser claims a professional athlete stopped the mogul from sexually assaulting him at an event.

People reports that a new lawsuit was filed against Sean Combs on Sunday (October 20), in which a John Doe claims the businessman sexually assaulted him in a private room during a Ciroc party.

The legal documents say the man allegedly owned several luxury businesses and was instructed to meet Combs in a separate room. While in the room, a presumably intoxicated Combs aggressively approached the man and exposed his genitals. The lawsuit alleges that Puffy grabbed Doe's genitals through his pants in a “rough and sexual manner,” with the “situation” escalating extremely quickly.

However, the sexual assault was abruptly prevented by an unnamed professional athlete who happened to jump out of an elevator near the private rooms. John Doe's lawsuit was just one of seven new lawsuits filed against the disgraced mogul.

Another lawsuit noted that the mogul was accused of raping a Jane Doe in 2000 when she was 13 years old. CNN reports that Doe claims one of Puffy's limo drivers invited her to an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty. The Jane Doe complainant recalled that she felt unwell and sleepy after drinking at the party and sought a room to rest.

Combs then allegedly entered the room along with two unnamed celebrities, and Diddy declared, “You're ready to party!” The legal document alleges that the unnamed male celebrity raped her while Combs and the woman watched . Diddy then allegedly began raping Doe while the other two celebrities watched.

Sean Combs' team released a statement regarding the flood of allegations that have skyrocketed over the past two months.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the judicial process. The truth will prevail in court: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman. “
