Phew! Roommates, the drama in between Safaree Samuels And Erica Mena shows no signs of ending. Erica had words for her ex-husband after he recently posted footage of previous incidents between them on YouTube.

His call comes amid Erica's reaction to his reported request to reduce child support for her son and daughter. Additionally, Mena released a supposed calendar marking the time each parent spent with the children in 2024. She pointed out that Safaree has reportedly only been with her children 16 times this year.

Safaree shares home camera footage of altercations with Erica Mena

As you may know, the former couple have had arguments over the years, causing their issues to be aired on social media and reality TV. On Wednesday (October 16), Safaree Samuels posted a storytime video on YouTube titled “The Truth About Being A Deadbeat |.” My truth revealed.'

In a clip at the beginning of the video, Safaree claims he is on the phone with the police while Erica pushes him in front of her son and daughter. Another clip shows Erica banging on a glass door. In the video, he expresses his desire to share everything and his decision to stop being silent.

“I love my children and it's gotten to the point where I… have to put myself first because I'll either end up in jail or worse, dealing with someone whose anger management skills are just non-existent.” said Safaree.

Safaree discusses a restraining order against Erica and defends her claim of not being a deadbeat father

In the YouTube video, Safaree also talked about getting a restraining order against Erica after footage showed her climbing his fence with a ladder. However, he said that he could not pursue the injunction because he attended his son's birthday, where Erica was also present, which cast doubt on the need for an injunction.

Additionally, he claimed that Erica sent an explicit photo of him to his mother and sister to prove that they were still sexually involved. However, he says this is no longer the case.

Safaree continued to defend his reputation as a father and told the children details about a summer. The TV star said they only attended the summer camp for three days because Erica was against it. He supported his decision to register his children for camp by showing what their activity schedule would be and a gift his daughter gave him during her short registration period. He also claimed to have paid $2,000 for the camp.

“It was just such a control thing and created so much drama. Nothing made complete sense. “It was just such an angry, ignorant conversation that we don't even speak directly to each other,” he explained.

He further explained that they make no effort to make the home comfortable for their children. He then panned the camera to show a room full of pictures of him and his children, highlighting his daughter's decorated bedroom.

“Deadbeats don’t do that. To me it's so crazy how people are just… “Yeah, you're a (deadbeat).” I know real deadbeats and this situation is all about control.” he continued.

Erica Mena responds to footage of the altercation and the restraining order filed against her

Shortly after Safaree posted the footage on YouTube, Erica responded on Instagram. She shared a screenshot from her own home camera and claimed she had evidence that Safaree was trying to break into her home and beg for reconciliation. She called him out and said that if he wanted to make a video portraying her as a problem, he should also mention his attempts to get his “so-called family” back.

Erica claims that Safaree Samuels allegedly tried to get a restraining order in 2023, but backed out due to her evidence against him, such as his attempts to reconcile in front of her children. The “Love & Hip Hop” star also accused him of orchestrating the YouTube video and causing a financial burden on her by neglecting her children and not paying child support for months.

Erica claimed that Safaree remained silent during her drama to blackmail her with the YouTube footage. She pointed out that he skipped her daughter's birthday and showed up to his son's party empty-handed. Furthermore, she questioned his actions and why he stayed away from her children's lives despite blaming her.
