Doug Pederson was asked Friday what makes him confident the 2-6 Jags can turn things around.

“For me, the confidence is there down there in that locker room and all those players and coaches. Look, you keep grinding, you keep putting in the time, effort and work. What's the definition of insanity, right? I mean, you just have to do it over and over again, but in this case we want different results. I think that’s why I’m excited, just because of these guys and knowing that they’re going to solve the problem.”
