Make it a third straight win for the resurgent Rams, who are back in contention at 4-4 in the NFC West. They defeated the Seahawks on the road on Sunday, beating their rivals 26-20 in overtime on a 39-yard touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford to Demarcus Robinson.

Now that they're getting healthy, the Rams are a team to watch and look like a legitimate playoff contender in a weak division that's completely winnable. And while their win over the Seahawks wasn't always pretty, it did show that the defense is getting up to speed and the offense has found a rhythm again with Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua.

Here are the best and worst players from Sunday's game, based on PFF grades (minimum 10 snaps).

Top 5 offenses

Dotson was decent in pass defense, only allowing two pressures, but he was downright dominant as a run blocker (89.2).

Robinson scored six of his nine scores for 94 yards, including the game-winner in overtime.

Kupp caught 11 passes for 104 yards, picked up four first downs and forced two missed tackles.

Limmer didn't allow any pressure all game and McClendon only allowed one to relieve Rob Havenstein.

Top 5 defense

Kinchens had the best game of his career on Sunday, picking off two passes and making three tackles. He returned his first interception 103 yards for a touchdown.

Brown had a run defense grade of 82.4, second best on the team.

McCollough intercepted his fourth pass of the season and came forward as Kam Curl struck.

Verse combined with Kobie Turner for a team-high seven pressures, but it was his outstanding run defense rating of 88.3 that really stood out. He was everywhere for the Rams.

Williams was targeted five times and allowed three catches for 63 yards while also making five tackles.

Bottom 5 attack

• WR Tutu Atwell: 54.6

• WR Puka Nacua: 49.4

• TE Hunter Long: 48.7

• LG Justin Dedich: 47.2

• TE Colby Parkinson: 41.9

Atwell and Nacua had minimal impact on this game. Atwell caught a pass for 16 yards and Nacua caught one for 11 yards before being ejected.

Long caught one pass for 4 yards and his run blocking score of 60.8 was also a bit disappointing.

Dedich allowed a team-high four pressures and finished the game with a run-blocking grade of 45.9, which was the lowest of any Rams lineman.

Against the Seahawks, Parkinson's role shrank, completing just 21 routes and seeing no passes thrown his way.

Defending the bottom 5

Johnson played just 10 snaps and had no pressures or tackles in that limited playing time.

Witherspoon allowed three catches for 40 yards on four targets and totaled two missed tackles in the win.

Turner's mark is shockingly low considering he had seven pressures and made three stops. PFF never rated him particularly highly when it came to grading.

Curl only played half of the game and struggled when he was on the field, as he missed two tackles and allowed 25 yards in coverage.

Durant was torched all game by Jaxon Smith-Njigba and the Seahawks' receivers, giving up 93 yards on five catches (seven scores).

Other personalities

Somehow, Fiske only had a grade of 62.3 despite recording five pressures, zero missed tackles and constantly blowing things up in the backfield. PFF didn't seem happy with his grade because he was undoubtedly one of the best players on the field.

Williams was limited to 69 yards on 22 carries, but he should have had a lot more than that. He had to return at least 40 yards for holding penalties on offense.

Stafford led the Rams on a game-winning drive in overtime, making three great throws, but PFF held him to four turnover plays, his most all year.

Lake had one pressure on a blitz and missed a tackle, but finished second on the team with eight total tackles. However, he was credited as the man responsible for Smith-Njigba's 46-yard reception.
