Personal trainer claims Sean “Diddy” Combs drugged him and passed his “body around like a party favor.”

A personal trainer has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs in a new lawsuit of spiking his drink at a celeb-packed awards show afterparty at his Los Angeles mansion and then passing his “drugged-up body around like a party favor.”

The alleged victim, identified only as “John Doe,” claims he was repeatedly sexually assaulted by men and women at the disgraced music mogul's party in June 2022 – including an unnamed celebrity he was with was forced to perform oral sex, court records say.

The famous person – identified only as “Celebrity A” – then spit in the trainer's mouth, the filing says.

“In and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced plaintiff to engage in sexual acts with both men and women. “Plaintiff’s physical condition made it impossible for him to reject her advances or otherwise control his body,” says the lawsuit, filed in Manhattan earlier this week. “These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed around Plaintiff’s drugged body like a party favor for their sexual pleasure.”

The alleged victim, whose client list included stars and other “notable” people, claims he was invited to the event by a fashion designer who told him Combs was impressed with his “training program” and wanted to include him in a music video.

He was picked up in a black Lincoln Navigator and driven to the Combs' Hollywood mansion, where he was made to sign a nondisclosure agreement and forced to drink a drink that looked like tequila soda with cranberry juice, the lawsuit says.

Once inside, the trainer spotted “numerous celebrities” before being led into a dimly lit room where he claimed that “several well-known personalities” were “engaged in group sex activities.”

Soon after he began to feel “disoriented, dizzy and weak,” Combs approached him, took off his pants and performed oral sex on him, the trainer claims.

The Bad Boy Records founder then allegedly ordered him to give the celebrity oral sex, the lawsuit says.

“Due to the haze of the drug that had been secretly administered to him, plaintiff was unable to resist Combs' coercion and order. “He felt trapped in his own body – unable to control it or understand what was happening around him,” the papers say.

He claims he passed out at some point during the party and regained consciousness outside his apartment – shirtless and phone off, the lawsuit says.

Here's what we know about the sex trafficking charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs

The allegations were disclosed in a wave of civil lawsuits filed against Combs in the Southern District of New York earlier this week.

The multiple lawsuits were filed after Combs' lawyers asked a federal judge in Manhattan to force prosecutors to release the names of the ever-growing number of accusers who have been making allegations for years.

Combs' lawyers have repeatedly derided the ongoing barrage of lawsuits as “clear attempts at publicity.”

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the judicial process,” his lawyers said in a recent statement.

“The truth will prevail in court: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”

The fallen rapper is currently in federal custody after pleading not guilty last month to charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

His representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the latest lawsuit Wednesday.
