North wasn't the only one of Kardashian's children who made their mother feel special on her birthday.

In another video, also shared on her Story, Kardashian filmed a pink and white balloon presentation. Each balloon was attached to a ribbon that contained a message or a Polaroid photo of their family.

“Look what ChiChi and the kids did for me,” Kardashian said in the clip, referring to six-year-old daughter Chicago, who made a brief cameo. “They made me balloons, but with hanging messages and pictures of each of us.” She read some of the messages: “'You are a flower to me.' “Happy birthday, I love you mom.” Chi wrote, “I love you. “You are the best mom ever.” “I love you mom, happy birthday.” “Best mom.” “You’re strong.” How cute are you, Chi?”

Kardashian also shared other moments from her birthday, including a birthday cake decorated with chrome candles, a kitchen full of giant floral arrangements, and handbags gifted from Balenciaga and Chrome Hearts.
