More details come to light Liam Payne's death, including part of the 911 call the hotel manager made shortly before he fell from the third floor of the building.

The “Teardrops” singer tragically died on Wednesday (October 16) at the age of 31 while vacationing in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This is said in a statement from SAME, the Buenos Aires emergency service Liam “Had injuries incompatible with life.” His death was confirmed at the scene.

In a statement shared with Associated Press: Pablo PolicicchioCommunications Director of the Buenos Aires Ministry of Security, claimed this Liam “jumped from the balcony of his room.”

He noted that police were responding to reports of an “aggressive male who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.”

The branch also received the emergency call. In it, the hotel manager said there was “a guest overcome by drugs and alcohol” and added: “He's destroying the entire room and, well, we need you to send someone please.”

It is assumed that Liam suffered a “skull base fracture”. However, an autopsy is still being carried out. An investigation into the tragedy is also underway.
