Nebraska UCLA postgame notes, Husker player milestones and records

Game notes: Nebraska vs. UCLA players' milestones, records and more

Nebraska football fell to 5-4 overall and 2-4 in the Big Ten after losing to UCLA 27-20 at Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

After a perfect non-conference record and an overtime loss to Illinois, the Huskers bounced back with wins over Purdue and Rutgers, but fell to Indiana and Ohio State in losses that felt markedly different in both sentiment and actual end result.

Saturday was more of the same for Nebraska, its locker room and the Husker fan base, as it lost its third straight game — and seventh in a row with bowl eligibility on the line.

However, despite extending Nebraska's bowl game drought, the Huskers turned in several notable performances and surpassed player milestones against UCLA. Below are the most notable from Saturday.
