Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt go on a sci-fi adventure in The Electric State trailer: Watch here

Millie Bobby Brown lives among robots in a new trailer for The Electric State.

A trailer for the sci-fi film starring Brown and Chris Pratt was released on Thursday, showing the couple searching for Brown's siblings in the film.

The Russo brothers-directed Netflix film is set “after a robot uprising in an alternate version of the ’90s,” according to a synopsis. The story revolves around “an orphaned teenager who travels through the American West with a cartoon-inspired robot, a smuggler, and his sidekick in search of her younger brother.”

“The Electric State” will premiere on Netflix on March 14, 2025.

“We all have something in common right now,” Brown’s character Michelle says in the trailer, which is based on a version of the Oasis hit “Champagne Supernova.”

“We all lost something in the rebellion,” she continues. “Robots have lost their freedom, humans have lost connection to one another, and I have lost everyone I loved – or so I thought.”

Pratt, playing a smuggler, enters the trailer and tells Michelle that he will accompany her on a journey to retrieve her lost brother. The action-packed trailer showed the couple's subsequent adventure, which includes several robot fights.

In addition to Pratt and Brown, Ke Huy Quan, Woody Norman, Giancarlo Esposito, Martin Klebba and Stanley Tucci star. A star-studded group including Woody Harrelson, Jason Alexander, Anthony Mackie, Brian Cox, Jenny Slate, Hank Azaria, Colman Domingo and Alan Tudyk also play voice roles.
