Leo BraudyThe finances and luxurious lifestyle became a major storyline in the seventh season of Love makes you blind but fellow participants Tyler Francis asserts that this was not the case in the living quarters.

“(He didn’t talk about money at all),” Tyler, 34, exclusively shared Us weekly ahead of the season premiere on Thursday, October 3rd.

In the first episodes of season seven, 31-year-old Leo revealed that he was an art dealer and took over his family-run business after the deaths of his grandparents and parents. The Netflix star noted that he lived a comfortable life and hoped to maintain that lifestyle with his future wife. At one point Leo even asked about a hookup Hannah Jiles If she was willing to sign a prenuptial agreement, they should make it to the altar.

Leo also talked about his gold-plated Rolex watch, which he inherited from his late grandfather.

While the Netflix series Love Is Blind is all about helping singles find the perfect partner, the experiment wasn't without drama. “I actually joked with him. I was like, ‘Hey, Rolex.’ That’s it,” Tyler said Us. “But it was passed down from his grandparents. That was the only thing that was ever talked about.”

Tyler also speculated that the focus on his wealth seemed to be a misconception on Leo's part.

“I think so. From what I've heard, maybe,” Tyler added. “But yeah, he never talked to the guys about money.”

During an appearance on Thursday's episode of The Viall Files podcast, Tyler also noted that he wasn't as close to Leo as others who went through the experiment.

“I didn't talk to Leo as much as the others, for example (Bohdan Olinares), me and him were very close, Garrett (Josemans And), Tim (Godbee)Tyler told the podcast host Nick Viall.

In the capsules, Leo was torn between Hannah, 26, and Brittany Wisniewski when filming for the series began in October 2023. He repeatedly refused to tell either girl he was in love until he chose “The One.” Leo originally wanted to choose Hannah, but was distraught when she revealed she felt more secure in their romance Nick Dorka. Hannah and Leo “mutually split” and the art dealer continued to pursue 33-year-old Brittany. While Leo actually proposed to Brittany, they ended up breaking up weeks later.

Although it is a central part of Love is blind Drama, Tyler doesn't think this makes Leo a villain.

“I think he came with pure intentions and it's been hard to watch so far,” Tyler added on the Viall podcast. “I understand him trying to choose between two people. I know from the few conversations I've had with him that he was really sincere and actually tried to find his persona in that.”

Tyler, on the other hand, only had a strong connection to Ashley Adionser and proposed sight invisible.

“She made me feel safe. “Many men seek security and when I first met her I felt extremely safe,” Tyler gushed Us. “It was like a warm soul came through the wall and I just knew that was who I was.”

The first six episodes of Love is blind Season 7 is currently streaming on Netflix. New episodes appear weekly.
