Lizzo donned an Ozempic-themed Halloween costume as the singer poked fun at an episode of “South Park” in which she was parodied earlier this year.

On Monday, the 36-year-old shared several posts on Instagram with photos and videos of herself dressed in a red and white package of a fictional weight loss drug called Lizzo and with a yellow measuring tape around her waist.

Last month, Lizzo, née Melissa Viviane Jefferson, made allegations that her slim figure was due to Ozempic.

“LizzOzempic dump,” the four-time Grammy winner captioned one post.

In her slideshow, Lizzo shared a video of herself holding a slice of pizza while standing next to a person dressed as the famous “South Park” character Eric Cartman.

In the next two photos, Lizzo was seen posing in front of a black car while giving a peace sign and then a thumbs up. In the next two pictures, Lizzo was seen sitting in the car with a bottle of Clase Azul Reposado tequila and ended her post with a video of her rolling up the car window.

In another post, Lizzo and the person in the Eric Cartman costume were seen dancing to the song “APT” by Rosé and Bruno Mars.

“Tis the season when I feed you all so amazingly and you are so welcome baby,” she wrote in the caption, along with a smiley face with its tongue sticking out.

The singer also shared a photo of herself posing in a fake advertisement for the weight loss drug Lizzo. The ad read: “Do you need self-love? Try Lizzo! Lose your feelings of guilt. Gain confidence.”

A warning label in the ad read: “Side effects include a smile on your face and a bounce in your step.”

In another post, Lizzo uploaded a video of herself in a costume turning off the camera and dancing in front of a cutout of the character Eric Cartman. She was seen posing in front of the neckline in three photos she shared in another post.

Lizzo's parody of her “South Park” parody comes after she took the joke about her in stride when an episode of the long-running animated series aired in May.

In a “South Park” television special called “The End of Obesity,” the singer was described as an alternative to Ozempic that harnessed the power of “no joke.”

“FDA-approved Lizzo makes you feel good about your weight and costs 90% less than Ozempic,” a spokesperson said. “In case studies, 70% of Lizzo patients didn’t care how much they weighed. Lizzo helps you eat whatever you want and keep physical activity to a minimum.”

“I lowered my standards and expectations,” one character explained. “I don’t give a shit!”

The commercial added: “Some patients report constipation while listening to Lizzo… Serious side effects can include pancreatitis, hypothermia and literally ringing in the ears.”

Lizzo took it over later Instagram and TikTok to do a live reaction to the scene.

“My worst fear has been confirmed,” Lizzo told fans. “I was mentioned in a South Park episode. I'm so scared. I’m going to do a blind duet now.”

After the clip, she remarked: “This is crazy. I just feel like, damn, I really am this idiot. I really am that idiot. I really showed the world how to love yourself and “I don't care, to the point where these men in Colorado know who the fuck I am and put it in their cartoon that's been around.” 25 years ago.

She continued, “I'm really the idiot, and I'm going to show you how to give a fuck, and I'm going to keep showing you how to give a fuck.”

In an Instagram post last month, Lizzo shut down speculation that she was taking Ozempic after flaunting her dramatic weight loss.

“When you finally get Ozempic accusations after 5 months of strength training and a calorie deficit,” Lizzo wrote in a video post.

The post was captioned: “OZeMpIC or cOkE?” – a fan,” along with a series of crying face emojis. The caption was directed at a social media user who had commented on a previous post from Lizzo that featured a video of her donning black leather shorts over a beige bodysuit from her brand Yizzy.

In her later post, Lizzo added a screenshot of the comments section of her previous post, in which one Instagram user wrote, “Did she use Ozempic or did she snort coke?”

Lizzo responded, writing, “Why are you following me?”

The “Good As Hell” hitmaker has documented her weight loss journey on Instagram. In an interview with The New York Times in April, she explained that she was on a diet and that her approach was to lose weight gradually.

“I was methodical and lost weight very slowly,” Lizzo told the outlet.
