    Kari Lake is adding AI to her surveys

    Today's edition of campaign-related news from around the country.

    * The latest NBC News national poll found Kamala Harris and Donald Trump each have 49% support. The latest ABC News/Ipsos national poll, meanwhile, showed the Democratic vice president narrowly ahead, 49% to 46%.     * The latest New York Times/Siena College polls showed Harris narrowly ahead in Nevada, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Georgia, while the former Republican president led in Arizona. The same set of polls, meanwhile, showed the candidates tied in Pennsylvania and Michigan. (Click the link for more information about the survey methodology and margin of error.)

    * Speaking of the Keystone State, the latest Washington Post poll in Pennsylvania showed Harris narrowly ahead of Trump, 48% to 47%.

    * The Democratic candidate unveiled her final spot over the weekend, which is a two-minute spot – longer than the usual 30-second spots.

    * While running for U.S. Senate in Arizona, Republican Kari Lake told Politico why she is confident about her chances even though recent polls show her trailing Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego: “Our polls are a little different . We use surveys, but also combine them with AI that reads everything that happens on social media and the internet.”

    * While Harris focused on the message of “unity” in the final weekend before Election Day, Trump told an audience that he thought the Democratic Party was “demonic.”

    * In the race for U.S. Senate in Wisconsin, Republican Eric Hovde appears increasingly fixated on Sen. Tammy Baldwin's sexual orientation, even though Wisconsin voters apparently didn't care that the Democratic incumbent is a lesbian when they elected her in 2018 and elected in 2012.

    * And while Harrison Ford isn't known for his political activism, the actor still supported Harris and explained in a video why he got involved this year.
