    Israel begins ground operation in Lebanon after death of Hezbollah chief: 10 points

    Israeli forces have begun “limited, localized and targeted” ground attacks in Lebanon two days after the group's leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed in an airstrike, threatening to worsen the Middle East crisis.

    1. The ground strikes targeted Hezbollah's infrastructure in villages in southern Lebanon near the border, posing an immediate threat to Israeli communities in northern Israel, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said, assuring that Operation Northern Arrows would continue in parallel Fighting in Gaza and other theaters.
