Hundreds more vote centers are opening across LA County as the general election approaches

526 more vote centers will open across Los Angeles County on Saturday as the presidential election approaches.

As of October 26, more than 100 early voting centers have already opened across the country. The locations are not just for in-person voting; Residents can also drop off their mail-in ballots at any voting center.

A man voting at the LA County Registrar's Office in Norwalk early Saturday told KTLA that the “very serious” political climate will lead to change.

“I think it's a very serious situation … things are going to change, either for the better or for the worse,” Paul Willis said. “So I’m trying to provide that positive voice.”

Polling stations are open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Election Day (November 5th) they will be open longer from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m

On the campaign trail, Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump held rallies within seven miles of each other in Milwaukee on Friday evening to make their final appeals to voters in key swing states before Election Day on Tuesday.
