Greece will face Ireland on the fourth matchday of League B of the group stage of the 2024/2025 UEFA Nations League.

They took the lead in this game shortly after half-time when Vangelis Pavlidis weaved through three defenders and fired a low shot past the goalkeeper. He also scored the winning goal in stoppage time when England pushed into the penalty area again and passed the ball to him.

He didn't miss it.

Greece is 3-0-0 and has nine points in League B, Group 2.

They will be without defender Konstantinos Koulierakis, who is suspended for one game for his second yellow card of the Nations League season against England. Liverpool left-back Kostas Tsimikas also remains a doubt after missing this game due to illness.
