COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) – This year the South Carolina State Fair brings a lot of exciting things, but just like WIS's Jalen Tart, their food continues to be some of the most popular around.

This year the fair is bringing back over 90 popular food stalls and some of them are offering new dishes for new and returning visitors.

Of course, fair officials said visitors can grab a bite of the usual favorites like corn dogs, elephant ears, lemonade, turkey legs and fried Oreos.

However, if you're feeling adventurous, here's a list of what's new:

MISTER. SEAFOOD

This stand offers seafood nachos, seafood fries, salmon bites and more.

FRIED TACOS

The fair may not start on Tuesday to celebrate Taco Tuesday, but this stand makes sure you can enjoy some of your favorite Mexican-inspired foods with a twist. They serve fried tacos, loaded nachos, taco salads, and mexi-mac, cheese, and rice bowls.

CHIPOTLE CHICKEN BACON RANCH SUNDAE

If you're in the mood for an irregular and savory sundae, here's what you can get at this stall. As a base, they offer parmesan fries layered with green peppers, crumbled bacon and grilled chicken breast.

STRAWBERRY DRAGON FRUIT LEMONADE

If you don't want to quench your thirst with a traditional drink while strolling through the fair, here's something new. Treat yourself to a lemonade with strawberry fruit tea with dragon fruit.

KOREAN CORN DOG

Experience a twist on a fair classic with a Korean corn dog, which is hot dog slices with mozzarella cheese pieces threaded onto a skewer. The stick is dipped in a thick donut batter, rolled in panko and french fry pieces, and then deep fried.

Arugula iced tea

Get a Southern classic with a souvenir rocket cup to take home. When ordering this tea, you can choose between classic sweet tea, Arnold Palmer, or other flavors like raspberry and peach.

FRIED CORN IN A PIECE

This year, the fair is offering corn kebabs coated in a buttermilk and egg mixture. The mixture is then rolled in a mixture of flour, cornmeal and spices and then deep fried. The corn is then served with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.

PALMETTO KETTLE CORN

Enjoy a snack of kettle corn or buttery popcorn.

Peach Cobbler Funnel Cake

A twist on another fair favorite. This dish consists of funnel cake with peach cobbler topping.

POUTINE BURGER

This is a burger with fresh cut fries, warm cheese curds and gravy.

CAMPFIRE DOG

This hot dog is topped with refried beans and applewood bacon.

FRIED GOLDEN OREO

The fair never misses an opportunity to serve visitors fried Oreos, one of their favorites. This year you can get this favorite, but with gold Oreos. So if you've always wanted to try fried Oreos with a different Oreos flavor, here's your chance.

FUNNEL DOG

Maybe you want a funnel cake but with a different approach then here is your chance for it. This treat has all the ingredients of a funnel cake wrapped in a hot dog and served with a side of maple syrup.
