ATLANTA – The Sacramento Kings held off a late-game push from the Atlanta Hawks and walked away with a 123-115 victory on Friday night.

The Kings held the lead for most of the night, but the Hawks came out strong in the final quarter as they went on an 11-0 run to eventually tie the game.

After the Kings regained the lead, Domantas Sabonis, who scored 15 points and collected 14 rebounds, was fouled with just over two minutes left.

Late free throws from DeMar DeRozan and Malik Monk and a blocked shot from Keegan Murray helped the Kings reach the finish line.

De'Aaron Fox scored a game-high 31 points by knocking down four 3-pointers while also collecting 7 rebounds.

Murray collected a double-double, scoring 14 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.

Keon Ellis scored 12 points in 19 minutes of play off the bench.

Trae Young scored 25 points and had 12 assists for the Hawks. Garrison Mathews scored 23 points off the bench, hitting seven 3-pointers.

With a record of 3-2, the Kings are topping .500 for the first time this season. They travel to Toronto to take on the Raptors on Saturday.
