Florida man “Lieutenant Dan,” who rode out Hurricane Milton in a boat, drops N-word during Kick livestream

Joseph Malinowski, the man known as Lieutenant Dan, dropped the N-word during a Kick livestream in which he explained to viewers where he puts people who have wronged him.

A video surfaced online showing Malinowski hopping on Kick to chat with his fans, and while he was talking about letting people back into his life, the man let the N-word fly freely out of his mouth. According to viewers of the livestream, Kick ended it shortly after Malinowski dropped the N-word.

“If you want to get back into my good graces, it will take time and a lot of work. It will be difficult,” said Malinowski. “Because as soon as I interrupt you, you're done, n***a…sorry. Okay, that’s it, you’re done.”

Malinowski recently went viral for refusing to abandon his 20-foot boat while Hurricane Milton was expected to devastate several parts of Florida. His decision to brave the hurricane made him go viral on TikTok and earned him the nickname “Lieutenant Dan” (from Forrest Gump) for the resemblance to the figure, including the missing leg.

It's worth noting that despite being in the spotlight, Malinowski has a checkered past with a lengthy criminal record, including arrests for punching a police officer and allegedly trying to set a woman on fire, according to the New York Post. He has also reportedly been charged with drug possession, attempted burglary and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the past.

Hurricane Milton did its damage, and Malinowski made it out alive alongside his boat. Malinowski spoke with Fox 13's Kevin O'Donnell and claimed the hurricane wasn't as bad as he originally thought.
