The No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs (3-1) host the (2-3) Auburn Tigers on Saturday afternoon at Sanford Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 EST on ESPN. The Bulldogs are looking to avenge their road loss a week ago to No. 1 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide. According to FanDuel, the Bulldogs are the favorites in Athens by 23.5 points.

It doesn’t even have to be a “hot start” for Georgia. At this point, it seems a bit too opportunistic to expect a first quarter explosion. Georgia has not scored a first quarter touchdown against a Power4 opponent this season. They must demonstrate the ability to operate on the offensive side of the ball to start in football games starting Saturday. Auburn's offense has certainly struggled to keep up with the football this season, but even the most struggling unit can get back on track with another slow start from Georgia.

Despite Auburn's turnovers, they were able to move the football explosively this season. Auburn has had (34) games of 20 yards, (20) games of 30 yards and (12) games of 40 yards this season. They can flip the field on you extremely quickly. Georgia's defenders will be forced on islands and will have to win their duels at a high rate on Saturday afternoon.

The moment Georgia becomes constantly explosive in the air, it will also become explosive on the ground.
