Universal Orlando Annual Passholders will have the opportunity to enjoy Epic Universe before other guests during a soft opening.

Epic Universe Passholder Soft Opening

Universal told passholders in communications about Epic Universe tickets that information on soft-opening opportunities for passholders will be announced “in the coming months.”

Epic Universe will open to the general public on May 22, 2025. There will also likely be soft openings for the press and possibly other groups. During a soft opening, hours may be short and not all experiences may be available.

Multi-day tickets to Universal Orlando Resort, including Epic Universe, have been available since October 22nd. Passholders will be the first to purchase one-day passes starting October 24th.

Reservations are now also open for the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, part of Epic Universe.

The new Universal Orlando Resort theme park will include the lands Dark Universe (Universal Monsters), How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World and Celestial Park. Check out our latest Epic Universe build update.
