In a surprising moment during Howard University Homecoming festivities FridayRapper and actor Derrick Milano suggested Angela White, formerly known as Blac Chyna.

During the annual Yardfestwhile standing on stage in front of hundreds of attendees, like Milano, who has collaborated with top names in the industry Beyoncé and Megan Thee Stalliondirected the question at the influencer, earning cheers and applause from the crowd. White, who took to the stage to perform her track “Fabulous,” quickly fought back tears at the sweet gesture captured by DJ Quick Silva, who shared the moment on Instagram. In the caption he wrote: “Only @howard1867 #YardFest can make MAGIC this possible. My husband @derrickmilano just asked the BIG question to HomeTeam @blacchyna.”

White and Milano have been together for just over a year and celebrated their first wedding anniversary May 2024, which they documented online. It was also reported earlier this year that the couple would be joining the cast of “Love & Hip-Hop: Miami.” If true, it will be interesting to see if their engagement and subsequent wedding will take place in front of the cameras. Still, this duo has long expressed their love for each other, which is undoubtedly highlighted in the series as they navigate their relationship in the spotlight.
