Derrick Henry of the Ravens is setting the record straight with his diet

“Eating at 4 and 5 o’clock is not something I think is sustainable every day,” Henry said. “There are days when I probably don't eat until 4 or 5, so days when I'm recovering physically or doing IV fluids. But most of the time I wait until 12pm to eat a meal. In the morning I eat avocado, spinach and kale as soon as I get to the building. But in the off-season I usually fast until around 1 or 2 am.

“Every day at four or five o’clock I would be a stick figure.”

With his height of 1.90 meters and a weight of 110 kilograms, Henry is not a stick figure.
