Sami Sheen appears to be more confident than ever after going under the knife to improve her looks.

The 20-year-old daughter of Denise Richards, 53, and Charlie Sheen, 58, showed off the results of her recent plastic surgery while enjoying a trip to the Texas State Fair over the weekend.

Sami shared some gorgeous photos of herself on Instagram wearing a cropped pink lace top that highlights her tiny waist, toned stomach and the results of her breast augmentation.

She added a pair of cut-off denim shorts that sat low on her hips, wore her hair in pigtails, and accessorized with large hoop earrings and a small black crossbody bag.

Sami made sure to pose for photos from all angles to highlight her changed look, which includes a new nose.

The OnlyFans model underwent a nose job on August 12 and previously admitted that she was “extremely excited” but “soooo nervous.”

She shared photos from her surgery trip and admitted shortly after the procedure that she was already “so happy” with the results and felt like “a new woman.”

Sami is thrilled with her new “dream nose,” which she has been wanting to change for five years.

“I had to Photoshop every single photo I took because it photographed horribly,” she previously shared on TikTok, before adding that she felt her nose was “floppy and too big for (her) face.” ” be.

She had breast implants implanted last November after admitting she had wanted a fuller breast since she was 10.

At the time, she revealed in a joint interview with Denise that she was “always stuffing my bra with socks and stuff” in order to “have big breasts like my mother.”

Her mother didn't like Sami's decision to go under the knife. Denise admitted last October that she had tried to convince her daughter to have the “painful” operation, while also admitting that she wanted to have her own implants removed because they were “toxic.”

“I'm trying to talk her out of it because and the reason I'm taking her out is because when I was 19, I didn't know how toxic (they were),” she told Bustle. “And it’s not a simple operation. It’s painful!” she added.

However, Sami has been dreaming of improving her figure for almost a decade. “I was 10 years old and thought, 'I can't wait to have big boobs like my mom,'” she told the magazine.

“All my friends were getting breasts and I was like, 'Okay, when's my turn?'” she added.

While she loved her transformation, three months later the OnlyFans model said she was eager to get bigger again.

“Spending almost $10,000 on new frames just to get bigger,” she captioned a video of herself wearing a bralette. “Someone talked me out of it,” she then added.

Sami joined OnlyFans in June 2022 – a week before her mother – and her father didn't like her decision, but he promised to support her.

He told Fox News Digital at the time: “She is 18 years old now and lives with her mother. This didn't happen under my roof. I don't condone this, but since I can't stop it, I asked her to keep it.” It is elegant, creative and must not sacrifice her integrity.
