Dave Matthews Band celebrated their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at Cleveland's Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Saturday, playing a quartet of their biggest songs (and a Talking Heads cover) as the final inductees of the night.

The band began with “Ants Marching” before moving into a quick rendition of their iconic song “Crash Into Me,” followed by “So Much To Say” and “Too Much.” After their speech, the band reappeared on stage and ended the evening with a brief cover of Talking Heads' “Burning Down the House” instead of the kind of all-star ensemble performance that often concluded the evening.

The group's introduction wasn't Matthews' first appearance on Saturday; Earlier in the evening, he also paid homage to the late Jimmy Buffett, performing a cover of Buffett's song “A Pirate Looks at Forty.” James Taylor, Kenny Chesney and Mac McAnally also performed a tribute song, covering Buffett's “Come Monday.”

Matthews is no stranger to rock hall performances, having performed at the country legend's induction with Willie Nelson last year. The Dave Matthews Band's induction, introduced by actress and fan Julia Roberts, comes five years after the band was first inducted into the rock hall. This was her second nomination, having already taken part in the election for the first time in 2020.

Other inductees honored Saturday included Mary J. Blige, Ozzy Osbourne, A Tribe Called Quest, Kool & the Gang, Peter Frampton, Cher and Foreigner.
