College game day goes to Baton Rouge. The Show announced LSU vs. Alabama as a Week 11 destination.

The game between LSU and Alabama is no stranger to game day. This will be the 13th time the show has competed in the game, with LSU and Alabama facing off against Penn State and Ohio State, marking the show's most frequent matchup.

The choice makes sense. The game is the only one in Week 11 to feature two top-15 teams. The only other ranked versus ranked game is Georgia at Ole Miss, but LSU gets the primetime slot on ABC.

This will be LSU's second collegiate game day appearance in 2024. The Tigers were on display earlier this year during game day in Columbia, where LSU won against South Carolina.

Gameday makes its first trip to LSU since October 12, 2019, when Joe Burrow led LSU to a win over Florida. Overall, this is LSU's 36th appearance in the show and the 14th time the show has been held in Baton Rouge.

Nick Saban's presence on game day will add a new flavor to the show as he returns to his old stomping grounds. Fans can also expect Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit to join ABC.
