Cheese, Market Basket and more sold at Aldi are being recalled due to listeria contamination

The Food and Drug Administration just announced a recall of several soft cheese products. This is due to a potential Listeria monocytogenes Contamination.

This recall affects the following products sold at Aldi, Market Basket and other grocery stores in some regions of the United States (It is not disclosed which states are affected):

If you have any of the Brie or Camembert cheeses mentioned above with the relevant recall information, discard it immediately or return it to the place of purchase for a refund. Although there are no illnesses associated with this recall, Listeria Infection (listeriosis) can be serious for people aged 65 and over, young children, pregnant women and immunocompromised people. Common symptoms of listeriosis include fever, muscle pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. If you experience any of these symptoms after eating any of the affected soft cheeses, contact your doctor as soon as possible.
