CB Pat Surtain II is out, T Mike McGlinchey and OLB Baron Browning are among the players questionable for Week 7 vs. Saints

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – The Broncos have ruled out two players ahead of a Thursday Night Football matchup against the Saints.

Cornerback Pat Surtain II (concussion) and tackle Alex Palczewski (ankle) were deemed ineligible for Wednesday's game and have been ruled out for the game. Surtain was also classified as a non-participant on Monday and Tuesday. Palczewski was listed as a limited participant the final two days.

Outside linebacker Baron Browning (foot) and tackle Mike McGlinchey (knee) both improved to full participation on Wednesday after being assessed as limited on Tuesday. Both players were designated for return from injured reserve on Tuesday and will be eligible to play on Thursday in New Orleans. In order for Browning or McGlinchey to play against the Saints, the Broncos must add them to the 53-man roster. Cornerback Damarri Mathis, who was considered full on all three days, is also eligible to play.

Browning, McGlinchey and Mathis are all listed as questionable for the game.

Cornerbacks Ja'Quan McMillian (ankle) and Riley Moss (hip) and inside linebacker Justin Strnad (ribs) were deemed full participants and were not given playing status. The absence of a game status indicates that a player will be available for Thursday's game.

Denver held a walkthrough on Wednesday, meaning all practice statuses are an estimate of a player's status if the Broncos had held a full practice.

The Broncos are scheduled to face the Saints at 7:15 p.m. CT on Prime Video.
