Arizona Cardinals star rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable whether he will return.

ESPN's Field Yates was one of the first to share the news via Twitter/X.

Harrison Jr. left the game with zero receptions for zero yards. The Cardinals currently trail the Green Bay Packers 24-10 at halftime.

Harrison Jr. went to the blue medical tent after tripping and falling following an incomplete pass. Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray targeted Harrison with 6:28 left in the second quarter. The Packers abandoned the play when Harrison took a hard hit.

After the game, Harrison Jr. stood up and took a step before stumbling and falling to the ground. He was escorted to the sidelines and eventually into the blue tent.

The 22-year-old rookie wide receiver had a good start to his NFL career. In six games this season, Harrison Jr. has collected 17 receptions on 35 targets for 279 yards and four touchdowns and has averaged 16.4 yards per reception.

Harrison Jr. has only surpassed 100 yards rushing once, in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Rams, where he posted a career-high 130 yards. Since then, he has rushed for 145 yards in the last four games.

If Harrison Jr. misses the rest of this game and beyond, it would be a major blow to the Cardinals' offense. Murray would have to rely on guys like Greg MDortch, Michael Wilson and tight end Trey McBride to carry the load through the air.

The Cardinals are currently 2-3 on the season and will look to get back to the Packers to get to 3-3 and take the lead in the NFC West.

Arizona selected Harrison Jr. with the No. 4 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. He spent three years at Ohio State University and was one of the league's more dynamic players coming out of college.

He had a great college career in which he won the Fred Biletnikoff Award, was a two-time Unanimous All-American, a Big Ten Most Valuable Player, a Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year, and a two-time Big Ten Receiver of the Year of the Year and two-time First-Team All-Big Ten.

Harrison Jr. isn't the only Cardinal to suffer an injury. Cardinals defensive lineman Bilal Nichols was out for the remainder of the game with a stinger, and linebacker Kyzir White also left the game with a knee injury, although his return is questionable.
