Cardi B cares about her health.

On Wednesday, October 23, the “Up” rapper announced that she was canceling her performance at this weekend's ONE Musicfest due to a medical emergency.

“I'm so sad to share this news, but I have been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency for the past few days and I will not be able to perform at ONE Music Fest,” Cardi wrote, 32, on X (formerly Twitter).

“It breaks my heart that I won't be able to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there. Bardi Gang – thank you for your understanding and I will be back better and stronger soon. No worries. Kind regards. “Guys,” she concluded.

Cardi did not provide any further details about the medical emergency. However, in August she revealed that she felt “paralyzed” and “couldn't move for two days” after she had a “freak accident” that almost resulted in pregnancy loss.

“I was walking down the stairs and I slipped a little,” the “I Like It” singer explained in an interview on X Spaces. “I practically fell, but I tried to protect myself from the fall, so I held on to the railing. My foot still slipped and I kind of busted my ass.”

When she fell, she felt “a strange jolt, like a bang, and I couldn’t stand up properly.”

She later found out she had “torn a ligament” in her pelvis, “right where” her baby’s head was.

“I was dilating and had contractions every two minutes for 24 hours,” she said. “So they had to monitor me and I was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t move for two days.”

The rapper's festival cancellation comes a day after she spoke out against her estranged husband Offset in a series of now-deleted posts on X.

“Bro I wish the worst for this man… I've never hated someone so much and these bitches are so thirty (sic) to have him,” she wrote. “Please take this man off my hands, this trash bag is too heavy!!”

One fan replied to her post: “He is the father of your children. Stop it.”

“Yes, he is, that's why I don't wish him dead… but I really hate that dirty, narcissistic piece of shit… And his family and friends never check on him, so he'll always be a… “A piece of shit of a person ” she wrote about Offset, with whom she has three children: Kulture, 6, Wave, 3 and a girl born in September.

Cardi filed for divorce from Offset for the second time on July 31 after six years of marriage. A rep for the “Bongos” rapper confirmed the split to PEOPLE, explaining, “It is not based on cheating rumors and has been a long time coming.”

Meanwhile, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper made a public appearance at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in New York City on October 15. Days earlier, she celebrated her 32nd birthday with a star-studded party (and vowed to “never drink again”).
