As the election continues, people may be wondering whether we will see unofficial final results for the US presidential race tonight.

As of 1:37 a.m. CT Wednesday, former President Donald Trump leads the election with 267 electoral votes and Vice President Kamala Harris with 214.

Candidates need 270 electoral votes to win the presidential race.

While the race is not officially over and there are several key states where the two candidates have not yet won, Trump did win the coveted state of Pennsylvania. The state was considered a must-win in the 2024 election cycle.

Here's a look at these states.

Which states could help Harris win?

Four swing states are still up for grabs, according to the American-Statesman Electoral College map based on Associated Press data.

Here are those states and how many electoral votes they have:

  • Arizona: 11 electoral college votes
  • Nevada: 6 electoral college votes
  • Wisconsin: 10 electoral college votes
  • Michigan: 15 electoral college votes

In addition, Alaska (3), Minnesota (10) and Maine (4) still have to be mentioned.

As of 1:37 a.m. CT, Harris would need 51 electoral votes to win the presidency. Trump would need 3.
