Khazar Momeni, the sister of Nima Momeni, the man on trial for the alleged murder of Cash App founder Bob Lee, testified today that she was given drugs and given drugs by a man at a gathering hours before Lee's murder , Lee, was sexually assaulted, she introduced.

She called Lee “unpredictable” and “extra” in the days before his death.

Khazar made the statements during a second day of direct questioning by prosecutors who will likely determine Nima Momeni's mental state on April 4, 2023, when the stabbing occurred.

Prosecutors have alleged that Momeni stabbed Lee because of his perception of an inappropriate event on the afternoon of April 3 at the home of Lee's acquaintance and alleged drug dealer Jeremy Boivin.

Sexual assault allegations

Khazar said Lee introduced her to Jeremy Boivin – whom she describes as a “drug dealer” – on the morning of Monday, April 3, 2023, and brought him to her home to celebrate around 8 a.m

Prosecutor Dane Reinstedt asked if this was the first time Khazar had met Boivin.

“Right,” Khazar replied.

When asked in what context she met Boivin, Khazar said: “I didn't know he was a drug dealer because we don't get close to our drug dealers or even invite them upstairs.” He was introduced to me as a friend .”

Reinstedt asked if she and Boivin “got along” that day.
