    As if we didn't already want to watch We live in the time In the romantic comedy starring Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh, he just revealed that the pair got so lost while filming a sex scene that they couldn't hear the director say “Cut Cut.” This is the kind of chemistry we need to see on screen.

    In case you don't know, two of our favorites are starring together in a new film that follows an unconventional romance between Almut and Tobias, who fall in love after she accidentally hits him with her car. The story follows the ups and downs of her life over the course of a decade, from welcoming her daughter to Almut's illness – and it looks as harrowing as it is moving.

    In a new interview, Andrew also revealed that the film features a sex scene between the characters that got so passionate that they didn't even hear the director's call. In the end, the cameraman turned his back on them. This is what it means to feel safe on set!

    “We did the first take of this very intimate, passionate scene,” Andrew said during a recent question-and-answer session at 92NY on the Upper East Side. “It's a closed set, meaning it's just me and Florence and the cameraman, a lovely man called Stuart. And he’s very polite and very sweet and gentle.”

    “The director is in another room next door. And so the scene becomes more passionate and we kind of get into it and go a little further than we should because we haven't heard 'cut' and it feels safe.” . And we just say, “Okay, we'll just move on to the next step, let it move on and just keep going.”

    “And at a certain point we both telepathically say to each other, 'This definitely feels like a longer take.' I look up and in the corner is Stuart and our boom operator Stuart has the camera at his side and is turned into the wall.

    During a question-and-answer session at the Toronto International Film Festival, Florence praised director John Crawley for creating such a safe space during filming so that the cast could truly deliver the intimate and emotional scenes the film required.
