The San Francisco 49ers have signed linebacker Jalen Graham, their 2023 seventh-round draft pick, to a one-year contract. Graham was a member of the Washington Commanders Exercise Group.

On September 28, San Francisco placed Curtis Robinson on injured reserve following an ACL injury he sustained during practice last week. Meanwhile, linebacker Fred Warner is day-to-day with an ankle injury he suffered Sunday against the New England Patriots.

The staff at 49ers Communications provided the following overview.

Over the course of his career, he appeared in four games and registered one tackle on special teams. Graham was released by the team on August 27, 2024 and was signed to the Washington Commanders' practice squad on August 28.

The 24-year-old Detroit native attended Purdue University (2019–22), where he appeared in 38 games (35 starts) and recorded 169 tackles, 16 passes defended, 12.5 tackles for loss, three interceptions and three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and 2.0 sacks.
