Former Republican Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy joins TODAY with a perspective on Donald Trump's victory in the Electoral College and the popular vote, the Republican majority in the House and Trump's appeal to voters. McCarthy says Trump has “expanded the Republican Party,” adding, “When you have 41% of the Hispanic vote and 25% of black men, we haven't seen numbers like that for Republicans in almost 50 years.”
