Travelers looking for a Stranger Things experience can stay at the iconic Byers family home.

The three-bedroom property in Fayetteville, Georgia features several Stranger Things-themed rooms inspired by the popular Netflix series.

According to WDEF, standard rental rates so far start at about $350 per night during the week and about $750 per night on weekends.

The new listing comes months after Seattle-based Arrivald announced its plans to convert the property into a rental home.

The famous Stranger Things home is just 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, Georgia, and the two-bathroom property sleeps six.

The Airbnb host described the property as having an “eerie atmosphere” that would transport visitors to 1983 Hawkins, Indiana.

“This is not just a place to stay – it is a unique destination to make unforgettable memories in a setting that blurs the line between fiction and reality,” the listing description reads.

“The Byers House is a fan-driven project and is not affiliated with Netflix. However, we are committed to honoring the spirit of the show.”

The host pointed out that the exterior of the property was used to film all of the scenes set on the Byers' estate and that this influenced the design of the show's interior sets.

“We carefully designed the home's interior as an immersive vacation home inspired by the show, complete with authentic '80s decor,” the description reads.

“Fans will immediately recognize iconic details and hidden Easter eggs from the series, making it a must-have for Stranger Things superfans.”

The listing adds that “dozens of fans and professionals” worked for over a year designing the home and curating things like VHS tapes and records.

“The experience is constructed in a contemporary manner and includes many different installations and technologies (both old and new) that may be in different stages of use and functionality,” it says.

Small details such as a 1950s-style lampshade and a 1960s tube television were added, as were all-new appliances and a 75-inch television.

The 1,846-square-foot home was first listed for sale by its previous owners in September 2022 for $300,000.

The property was once owned by seven siblings who didn't have the capacity to “fix it up and turn it into an attraction or Airbnb,” according to Michael Smith of EXP Realty LLC.

The 100-year-old property was originally a redevelopment project and repairs were expected to cost between $50,000 and $100,000.

After Arrival purchased the property, the homeowners announced that anyone could become part-owner for “as little as $100.”

Today there are over 3,400 investors and the remaining investment amount is almost $1 million.
