Florida A&M students network and celebrate during “Set Friday” of Homecoming Week

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Students on the highest of seven hills are preparing for their homecoming game against the Texas Southern Tigers.

The Rattlers kicked off the celebratory weekend with Set Friday, a networking event for students and entrepreneurs with live music.

Mya Mims is a first-year cheerleader at Florida A&M University. She says she is excited to experience her first homecoming as a Rattler.

“The energy is at the highest level,” she said. “The alumni are here and they bring all this vibe, and all the events we had this week were so exciting.”
